Through prayer, we recognize the power and goodness of God, our poverty and dependence on him, an act of virtue that involves the deepest respect for God, humility and dedication. But when prayer becomes just a daily habit practiced only to maintain a certain social status or power, it becomes a disaster. And this is practiced by some religious movements that claim, lie and steal in the name of God
