Özet
Oil tycoon Victor, nicknamed the Chief, comes to Moscow from the distant North. He is accompanied by a cunning rogue nicknamed Turkey and a big guy nicknamed Turnip. And what new Russian doesn’t like to relax in the capital on a merchant scale? And away we go: restaurants, casinos, strip clubs, girls.
