Özet
In Taiwan, there are over 36000 foreign workers on the run, hiding in the darkness and making money illegally. The government offers reward for runaways all over the island. Illegal employers, agents and foreign worker are put on alert. A new profession has therefore arisen: bounty hunters who capture illegal foreign workers...
