Özet
The film invites Latvian youth to join the auxiliary ranks of the fleet. The film uses documentary footage of devastated Riga. Helpful training was filmed in late July and early August 1944 in Riga, Torņakalns-Ziepniekkalns district (near Zennītis), and in Jurmala, between Lielupe and Bulduri (near spotlights). Zigfrīd Pūder is also seen among the youthful helpers.
