Özet

Georgia in the 90s: Civil War. In the post-Soviet ruins, dangerous men with bags are looting. Oppression, hunger, lack of electricity, violence have become the usual state of people. Years later: the gray past has been replaced by a colorful present, but this is only formally. In reality, the violence index has not changed. The dangerous men with bags have not disappeared anywhere and continue to prey on defenseless people in a changed state.
