He tracks down gay couples, a lovelorn painter, a taxi driver, activists, radical politicians, sociologists, sexologists, philosophers, and political analysts.Filming in pick-up joints, bars and saunas, he reveals a gay community forced underground by marginalization, criminalization, and discrimination. Chow uncovers how the conservative Hong Kong establishment is reluctant to improve the rights of the local gay community.
