Özet
A satirical commentary on the inefficiency of the Soviet system. Close-up of a woman's legs, walking backwards and forwards. A sign reading "Dumpster", a broken stool with one leg missing underneath. Books on 'Higher Mathematics', 'Furniture Industry', 'Industrial Economics'. A conveyor, a machine printing perforated tape, a child's face, a nail, a hammer. The stool is repaired - the leg is repaired yet the long end of the nail is sticking above the stool.
