The plot emphasizes the immediate physical contrast between the guest and their significant other, often triggered by a chance sighting or accidental discovery within the house. As the guest’s presence disrupts the domestic routine, the wife, partner, or family member becomes physically intrigued by the extreme size difference of his manhood. This leads to a definitive Netorare (NTR) scenario where the domestic boundaries of the home are completely overtaken.
