Covent Garden's celebrated prima ballerina Tamara Rojo took time off from the Royal Ballet to return home and star in this delightful version of the beloved fairy tale. With a new score by Spain's popular conductor-composer Emilio Aragón, "Snow White" was acclaimed at its 2005 premiere: "Rojo recalls those earlier ballerina-heroines capable of making classical into a sublime religion" (El País, Madrid).
