Özet
Dr. Victor Frankenstein (Oscar Isaac), ölümün sınırlarını zorlayan, saplantılı ve yalnız bir bilim insanıdır. Sevdiklerini kaybetmenin acısıyla hareket eden Victor, ölümü yenmek uğruna korkunç bir deney yapar ve cansız maddelerden yeni bir varlık yaratır. Yaratılan Canavar (Jacob Elordi), fiziksel olarak korkutucu olsa da zihinsel ve duygusal olarak bir çocuk kadar masum ve kırılgandır. Dış dünyayla ilk kez karşılaşan bu varlık, dış görünüşü yüzünden reddedilir, hor görülür ve şiddete maruz kalır. Masumiyetinden yavaş yavaş koparak öfkeye ve intikama sürüklenir.
